Terms of Service
1. Service Provider
These terms of service govern access to and use of the Zaxyr platform, operated by Zaxyr LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the Qatar Financial Centre under number QFC 04626, tax registration number T04626, registered office at Tornado Tower, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
2. Service Description
Zaxyr is a SaaS cyber governance platform offering GRC, SOC, OT/ICS, SecOps and sovereign AI modules. The Platform is available in SaaS, on-premise or hybrid mode depending on the subscribed plan. Features and availability depend on the subscribed plan.
3. Acceptance and Accounts
Access to and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization. Access requires creating an account with accurate information. Zaxyr reserves the right to suspend any account in case of violation.
4. Provided As-Is
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." ZAXYR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Features and availability depend on the subscribed plan. No specific service level commitments are made in these terms.
5. User Obligations
The user agrees to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws, not to circumvent security measures, not to reverse engineer the Platform, and to respect the quotas and limits of their plan. Data entered by the user remains the property of the user. Zaxyr does not acquire any rights over such data.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAXYR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE. Zaxyr's total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts actually paid by the client during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice to the other party. Zaxyr may terminate immédiately in case of serious violation of these terms. Upon termination, the user has 30 days to export their data.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and QFC Regulations. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the QFC Court and Regulatory Tribunal, Doha, Qatar. Before any legal action, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution for 30 days.
9. Amendments
Zaxyr reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. This policy may be updated. Last revised: March 2026.
