Commercial data is retained for 3 years from last contact. Client data is retained during the contract term plus 5 years for legal obligations. Analytics data is anonymized after 12 months. Your data may be shared with our technical subcontractors (hosting, transactional email, CDN) bound by contractual protection clauses. No data is sold to third parties.
5. International Transfers
Data transfers outside Qatar are governed by adequate safeguards under Qatari legislation (PDPL Saudi, PDPPL Qatar) and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses. EU client data is hosted within the European Union. MENA client data remains in the MENA region.

Under applicable regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Regulatory Compliance
The level of compliance with data protection regulations depends on the deployment model and region chosen by the client. Zaxyr implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption at rest and in transit, a Zero Trust architecture and continuous monitoring.
